Aftercare

Follow these steps. Your artist may give you additional instructions — those take priority.

Leave the bandage on for 2–4 hours, or as long as your artist says.

Wash with unscented soap and clean hands only. No washcloths.

Apply a thin layer of fragrance-free lotion. No Vaseline.

No pools, ocean, or hot tubs for 2–3 weeks.

Don't pick or scratch.

Keep out of direct sun until fully healed.

If you see spreading redness, pus, or have a fever — call the shop AND a doctor.
